Terms and Conditions - Relation-Ship Couple and Family Therapy

After the client logs in by phone or online, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the exact location and time before the first time. Thereafter, the consultation and liaison will continue as agreed for the first time.

  • Location and date

Throughout the consultation process, the client will work with the same specialist(s)/psychologist(s). They will meet at the same place each time and the dates of the next meetings will be agreed during the consultations or they will be scheduled through the online appointment system.

  • Finances

The price of couple and family therapy sessions is occasionally HUF 20,000. One occasion means 80 minutes. In the event that an individual session is held during a couple or family therapy process, the individual session will cost HUF 10,000 and it means 50 minutes.

  • Delay

As both the beginning and the end of the sessions are fixed, in case of delay we end the event at the end of the originally agreed time, we ask for the full price of the meeting to be reimbursed.

  • Cancellation policy

If you would like to cancel your sessions, we ask you to nofity us about it at least 48 hours before the date. If you cancel your session within 48 hours before the agreed time or you are not coming without any cancellation, you are obliged to pay the price of the meeting, which you will do next time. Exceptions are vis majeure cases, when the session is cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances. (Such is the accident, illness, but not the cause at work.)

If the psychologist cancels the meeting within 48 hours before the session, then the next session is free, you don't have to pay. In the case of two consecutive canceled meetings, the client will be reimbursed for the next time fee and any arrears due to any late cancellation within 72 hours of the second canceled meeting. If this does not happen we are unable to reserve additional dates, the booking will be canceled.

  • Reasons for exclusion

We are unable to accept clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If there is any influence during the meeting, the consultation opportunity will not be held. In addition, we do not accept minors under the age of 18 without parental permission. In all cases, before working with a minor, we ask for the written consent of the parents.
